Dr. Karen Marie Scolforo is represented by Mark Gottlieb, VP and Literary Agent at Trident Media Group. Karen holds a Master of Fine Arts in fiction from the Mountainview Low Residency Program at Southern New Hampshire University, a Master of Arts in writing and literature from Rivier University, and a Doctorate in Education from the University of North Florida, for which she conducted a 2010 research study of Catholic Sisters who have served as College Presidents, inspiring her novel, Sublime Dignity. Karen is a member of the New Hampshire Writers’ Project, and she has attended summer writing workshops and conferences at Vermont College of Fine Arts, Yale University, and the Association of Writers and Writing Programs. She has over six years of experience as a journalist, working for five regional newspapers across New England. A former university president, Karen currently teaches 7th grade English.
